·       This model features lighter hooks and was designed to fit smaller wrists for Boy’s though the padded strap is still fully adjustable to fit all wrist sizes.

·       Take the wear and tear off of your hands as you supplement your grip strength.

·       The well shaped coated hooks fit around standard barbells, dumbbells, and machine attachments like lat pull down bars. 

·        Rubber coatings eliminate pinched fingers and slipping on the weight keeping them in the same position from the first rep to the last.
